OUR CENTER

Our nursing and rehabilitation center offers short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents. Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.

We recognize that in this day and age, technology is a part of our daily lives and we want to help you stay connected. In addition to providing a computer that may be used by the patients and residents in our center, we offer a free wireless network hotspot for our patients, residents, and their families, to help everyone feel at home. We encourage you to bring in your laptops and "surf the web." Look for our sign.

Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center includes a separate unit dedicated to the care of those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Our Alzheimer’s program is designed to celebrate the spirit of those we serve. We strive to offer a comfortable environment that emphasizes positive life experiences and active involvement in a daily routine. The staff members who care for our Alzheimer’s residents are focused on meeting their special needs. We encourage family to remain integrally involved in the lives of their loved ones, and offer ongoing support through individual care plan conferences and support group meetings.
